Before the real estate practice, I spent nine years at Deloitte advising some of the largest financial institutions in the country on operational and financial risk. Before that, I was VP of Finance at a venture-backed startup that grew across 23 states.
I did not build The Leverage Years because I needed another project. I built it because I kept having the same conversation — with clients, with former colleagues, with people in my network at 45, 50, 55 — about what to do with everything they had built.
