About · Anthony Guerriero

Twenty-one years of deal flow.
One studio.

The Leverage Years is built by an operator, for operators. Not a content brand. Not a coaching program. A working studio that publishes what we actually use to run our businesses and design our lives.

Start here.

I am a Big 4 CPA, former Deloitte Financial Services Senior Manager, and Managing Partner of Manhattan Miami Real Estate — a firm I have run for 21 years across New York and South Florida.

Before the real estate practice, I spent nine years at Deloitte advising some of the largest financial institutions in the country on operational and financial risk. Before that, I was VP of Finance at a venture-backed startup that grew across 23 states.

I did not build The Leverage Years because I needed another project. I built it because I kept having the same conversation — with clients, with former colleagues, with people in my network at 45, 50, 55 — about what to do with everything they had built. About how to convert twenty years of expertise into a vehicle that actually scales.

Most of the frameworks I use in the studio were not written for publication. They were built to solve real problems inside real businesses. I published them because they work — not because they are interesting.

The Leverage Years is my operating system. It covers wealth, time, health, AI, network, and lifestyle — the six domains that determine what the next decade actually looks like. Every essay, course, and tool starts with a business problem. Not a concept.

Founder. A strategy studio for operators building the most engineered version of the decade ahead. Six pillars. Weekly briefing. Courses, frameworks, and tools.

The Framework

Six pillars.
One operating system.

Every essay, course, and tool fits inside one of these six domains. Together they form the complete operating system for the decade ahead.

01 / 06

Wealth

Tax-aware balance sheet engineering. Allocation discipline. The financial architecture for compounding — not just preserving — over the next decade.

02 / 06

Time

Calendar audit. Delegation architecture. Automation layers. Buying back the hours the organization is quietly spending on your behalf.

03 / 06

Health

Healthspan, not lifespan. VO₂max, strength, sleep, glucose — the four variables you can move that determine what the next decade feels like from the inside.

04 / 06

AI

Use AI to multiply judgment built over twenty years. Not to replace it. The leverage is in the layer, not the prompt.

05 / 06

Network

Relationship audit. Asset pricing. Room design. Your network is an asset class that most operators have never bothered to manage.

06 / 06

Lifestyle

Geographic arbitrage, footprint compression, optionality engineering. The strategic redesign of where and how you live — before the calendar decides for you.

The Studio

Where the work actually lives.

The Leverage Years publishes every Tuesday. 12,400+ operators read The Leveraged Letter — the weekly briefing that covers one framework, one tool, and one thing worth your attention.

The Briefing is the longer-form editorial layer: deep essays, field notes, and frameworks that do not fit inside a weekly issue. No SEO. No content strategy. Just what is worth writing.

The courses are built for operators who want to move from reading to doing. Problem-first. Deliverable-last. Built for thirty minutes of execution, not three hours of video consumption.
